Alright. Then, I had another question. Why this game? What's the point of it?

To save the world, of course. And to see what you'll decide.

[shaking her head] I can understand wanting to protect yourself, but shutting people out isn't any good. And laughing at people who care for someone by hosting a game like this is just going to make everyone angry, because they do care.

...We're offering memories. I have nine total and you can take them all if you want, but the four I'm offering are of our childhood. Of happy things Serah and I did together. Every birthday she spent with me. The vacation I wanted to take her on. Deciding to protect her.

If that's not enough, then you can hurt us. Nothing we can't get over or have fixed.

I have three. And you can take them all too, but two of them were nice. Plotting with Mog and Noel, going on my journey Snow, and getting to talk to Lightning again—They're yours.

And I'm alright with being hurt . . . And with Lightning getting hurt, but it has to be fixable, not impossible.
